Upon requesting one off video credits, you will be sent a payment link for the video credits requested. Once the payment is made, Optimize will enable the Video credits upon receiving the funds. Credits will automatically expired after 1 year from the date of purchase if they are not used.
Upon requesting monthly video credit subscription, you will be sent a payment link. Once the payment is made, Optimize will enable the Video credits subscription upon receiving the funds. Credits will be automatically added every month and any unused credits will be expired after 1 month.
Unless you cancel your subscription you will automatically renew at the then-current fee. We reserve the right to change the subscription fee for any renewal term to be effective upon the renewal of your subscription.
Your subscription will continue indefinitely until terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. After your initial subscription period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically commence on the first day following the end of such period (each a "Renewal Commencement Date") and continue for an additional equivalent period, at Company's then current price for such subscription. You agree that your Account will be subject to this automatic renewal feature unless you cancel your subscription at any time prior to the Renewal Commencement Date by emailing Optimize on email@example.com or by contacting on of our representatives on 033033352065. Your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires and we will downgrade your Account to the free or equivalent plan on Optimize once the current paid plan period ends. However, you will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
All fees paid by you for your one off video credits or subscription plan are non-refundable. To the greatest extent permissible under applicable law, there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods or for any functionality or content not used while you were subscribed to the paid plan. Following cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the Services to the end of your current billing period. In extenuating or unusual circumstances, we may, subject to our discretion, provide a partial refund, discount, or other consideration to members, but our providing such accommodations in one instance does not entitle members to such accommodations in the future, even in similar circumstances.
